New Porcelain Patio, Fencing and Conservatory Take Down in Werrington
Resin Bound Carpet installed in Conservatory for our clients in Ketton
The old cladding was a DIY install using wood which didn’t do the property any justice at all.
The old cladding was removed and new Grey Wood effect UPVC cladding was installed.
The result transformed the property.
The Beginning
Our client had a solid wood door that would expand in the wet and be a struggle to open.
They also wanted to improve the look of the property and modernise with a new door and side screens.
We installed a new Grey composite door with a long brushed metal door handle with matching side screens.
Our client in Werrington had just purchased this property and wanted to bring more light into the dinning room area of the house by removing a window and installing a set of french doors.
We noticed the customer had an extension with a single glazed window so we suggested that instead of simply throwing away the window being removed, they could make use of it by replacing the single glazed window with it.
We started the project by carefully removing the current triple glazed window in the customers dinning room and marking out where we needed to cut the existing wall our ready to install the new french doors.
The install area was prepared and the french doors finished in cream with chrome hinges and handles as per the customers requirements were fitted.
The inside of the install area was skimmed and painted.
We then removed an old single glazed window from the customers extension and replaced it with the triple glazed unit we had previously removed.
The customer was over the moon with our work they asked us to install a new side door also.
