The Beginning
Our customers had two flat roofs that were linked together at different heights that were leaking and in quite some state of disrepair.
Work we carried out
After discussing the various options available for a new flat roof, it was decided that a new EPDM (Rubber) flat roofing system would be the best option as it is extremely durable and requires less time to install.
Upon taking the roof apart it was quite apparent that whoever had originally installed it had done so in a much less than professional way and the install required quite a bit of work to put right.
New boards were installed along with new brickwork and fascia.
The finished result is a much cleaner looking roof that no longer leaks and will last for many many years.
