The Beginning
Our customers had a flat roof that was leaking quite badly into their house that needed replacing.
Work we carried out
After discussing the various options available for a new flat roof, it was decided that an EPDM roofing system would be the best option and we got to work stripping the existing roof.
Upon stripping the roof it was apparent that it was actually a new felt roof that had simply been installed on top of the existing roof – not don correctly in the slightest.
We stripped everything down, installed new boards and the new EPDM roof that will last for many years without concern.
