The beginning
Our customer had a driveway which was mainly a combination of loose gravel and lawn that she wished to upgrade and make larger as well as nicer to look at.
Work we carried out
After deciding on a Resin Bound driveway due to the minimum maintenance, we excavated the existing driveway and installed new MOT Type-1 hardcore. Red Edging blocks we then added and the entire base covered with a layer of open course bitumen (This makes the install fully SUDS compliant). The driveway was then finished in Daltex Classic hand troweled between 18-20mm for vehicular traffic bound in UVR resin.
