The beginning
Our customer had a gravel driveway that was prone to weeds and was difficult to keep looking nice.
Work we carried out
A Resin Bound system was decided on and the driveway excavated for a fully SUDS compliant installation. New charcoal edging blocks were used to contain the install and open course bitumen installed on top of new MOT Type one hardcore to create a fully porous base. Resin was troweled over the entire area with a C52 additive to increase anti-slip and the entire area machine polished with hover trowel to increase bonding strength and general finish.
