The beginning
Our customers had a new extension at their property and wanted to install a multi-room audio system, CCTV, Media streaming and Wifi throughout the entire house whilst before the extension was completed.
Work we carried out
A Yamaha Audio/Visual unit was recommended to work as the brain of the Media setup as it would work with Alexa, had multi-room ability and could support 4k.
Yamaha speakers were also installed into the kitchen and rear office area into the ceilings.
Wifi extenders were installed in the loft and rear of the property to give maximum wifi coverage throughout the house and a media server was added so music and video could be stored and streamed via the Wifi throughout the house.
Music Cast app was installed onto a Tablet mounted on the wall to run the entire system.
All the hardware was housed in a Data Cabinet with a network switch to enable further hardware to be added in the future.
